We walk the site first, price each phase in writing, and schedule around your builder.

Rough clean
- Construction debris bagged and removed
- Heavy dust vacuumed from floors, sills and ledges
- Packaging, tape and protective paper pulled where trades are done
Final clean
- Top-to-bottom dusting: ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, trim
- Stickers, labels and protective film off windows, fixtures and appliances
- Paint and caulk specks scraped from glass and hard floors
- Cabinets and drawers vacuumed and wiped inside and out
- Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and polished, grout haze removed
- Floors vacuumed and damp-mopped with a cleaner suited to the finish
Touch-up
- The dust that settled since the final clean
- Fingerprints from inspections and last trades
- A walkthrough with you or your site contact

Said up front, because finding out at the door helps nobody.
- Hauling dumpster-sized debris or leftover building materials
- Exterior windows above the first floor
- Paint, drywall or caulk repairs
- Pressure washing and outdoor concrete
